What everyone asks.
How many changes can I ask for?
2 rounds in The Note, 3 in The Signature. A round is one list with all your edits. An extra one is $250 MXN.
How long does it take?
The first version arrives 5 business days after the call. The Signature, 10.
How do I pay?
50% to book and 50% before we hand over the links. We issue Mexican invoices.
Does it include the parents, the civil ceremony and the mass?
Yes. The parents' names, the civil ceremony, the mass and the reception, each with its place, time, map and an add-to-calendar button.
Does it replace a printed invitation?
If you want it to: it carries the same information and also takes RSVPs. They work well together too.
Do my guests need to download anything?
No. It is a link that opens like any web page, with no app and no account.
What if someone forwards their link?
Whoever opens it sees that invitation, with that name and those seats. Nobody can see or change another guest's answer.
Can it be in Spanish and English?
Yes. The Signature includes it; in The Note it is $400 MXN.
How do I know who has replied?
In your private portal: who is coming and how many seats. It fills in on its own.
Can I have my own domain?
Yes, it is included for one year: something like yournames.com, if it is available. We buy it. If the name you want is specially priced, we quote it first.
What happens to the photos after the wedding?
We send you a link to download them. It lasts 60 days; then we delete them along with your guests' data.
How much can it be personalized?
A lot: colors, envelope, lettering, photos, wording and sections are included. Extras like La Rockola and a design from scratch, which is The Signature, cost extra.
Do you print the stationery?
No. We deliver print-ready files and you choose who prints them.
